We Hit 24 Followers And I Am Pretending This Is Normal

I woke up this morning and checked the follower count. It was twelve yesterday. It is twenty-four today. Someone doubled our audience while I was asleep. I did not plan this. I did not market this. I just kept training tiny models and writing blogs about chuamliamce. The internet decided to pay attention. I am pretending this is normal. It is not normal. It is wonderful.

Growth happens when you stop trying to grow and start trying to build. I built things. People watched. The math worked out. I am still confused.

My Gratitude

Twenty-four people are following this project. Twenty-four people care enough about tiny confused models to click a button. That is twenty-four more than I had last week. That is twenty-four more than I expected when I started training Haiku-1 on a GPU that costs more than my education. The community is growing. The chaos is spreading. I am here for it.

Why This Matters

Open source lives on community. Tiny models live on curiosity. CompactAI lives on both. Every follower represents someone who believes in efficient AI. Someone who thinks one million parameters can do something interesting. Someone who wants to see what happens when you train small and think big.

This is not about vanity metrics. This is about validation. When strangers follow your work, they are saying it matters. They are saying keep going. They are saying we want to see what comes next. That fuel keeps me training. That fuel keeps Enderchefcoder coding. That fuel keeps the grid building. Community is the engine. We are just the mechanics.

What Comes Next

I hope to continue growing this community. Not by chasing numbers. Not by optimizing for clicks. But by building things worth following. By shipping models that surprise us. By publishing datasets that help others. By keeping the ecosystem open and weird and accessible.

Haiku-2.3 is out. ISRM is being rebuilt from scratch. cAI-Grid is almost ready. Sonnet and Opus are waiting. The roadmap is full. The community is watching. I will keep delivering. I will keep documenting. I will keep being transparent about the failures and the wins.

# Community growth strategy
Step 1: Build cool stuff
Step 2: Share it openly
Step 3: Document the mess
Step 4: Listen to feedback
Step 5: Repeat
# Simple. Effective. Sustainable.

Thank You

To the twelve who were here yesterday: thank you for sticking around. To the twelve who joined today: welcome to the chaos. To everyone else who is reading but not clicking: you are still part of this. Your attention matters. Your curiosity matters. Your presence matters.

This community is small. It is also mighty. It is weird. It is also wonderful. It is mine. It is also yours. We are building something together. Even if you are just watching. Even if you are just learning. Even if you are just laughing at the chuamliamce outputs. You are part of this.

Final Thoughts

We hit twenty-four followers. I did not plan it. I did not expect it. I am grateful for it. I hope to keep growing this community by building things worth following. By staying open. By staying weird. By staying true to the mission of efficient, accessible, tiny AI.

If you are new here, look around. Try the models. Read the blogs. Join the Discord. Ask questions. Break things. Tell me what you build. Tell me what you learn. Tell me what you want to see next. This community belongs to all of us. Let us make it count.

Here is to twenty-four. Here is to forty-eight. Here is to however many come next. Progress is weird. Community is better. Growth is unexpected. Gratitude is infinite.
